EXCELLING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE It is gratifying to see more and more people discovering how easy and pleasant it is to fly from Shannon Airport which is borne out by significant recognition for our achievement in customer experience and service. We are proud that as a result of our ‘customer first’ approach, Shannon Airport was ranked first in the travel category and fourth overall for customer experience excellence in the Ireland Customer Experience Insights (CXi) Report. We also received the Best CX Team award in the transport category at the national Customer Experience Awards for the second consecutive year. The airport also maintained its status as the country’s top airport brand according to the RED C Brand Reaction Index (BRII) Ireland 2024. The airport further distinguished itself by winning the Aviation Customer Focus Achievement award at the prestigious Aviation Industry Awards. In addition, the Group won the Placemaking Initiative of the Year award at the National Property Awards for initiatives across its Shannon Campus. These accolades are a testament to our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS I am proud of the programmes and initiatives we continue to deliver on an annual basis. It is testament to the hard work and enthusiasm of colleagues right across our Group that we are able to offer such a customer friendly service which supports our growing reputation as Ireland’s favourite airport. Our strong growth and significant achievements in 2024 reflects the dedication of our staff; their passion

in relation to renewable energy planning, and its commitment to progressing the implementation of the recommendations of the Shannon Estuary Economic Taskforce. The year ahead promises to be positive and full of opportunities as we remain dedicated to enhancing the passenger experience, expanding our route network, and continuing our investments in airport transformation and sustainability initiatives. Customer care will continue to be at the core of everything we do across the Group in 2025. We sincerely thank our passengers, partners, and our people for their unwavering support and dedication.

and drive are crucial to our successful operation. So too is the support of our customers, stakeholders, strategic partnerships and government support. I would like to thank our Shareholder, the Department of Transport and Ministers Ryan and Lawless for their support and encouragement during their tenure in the Department of Transport. We look forward to working closely with Ministers O’Brien and Canney as we forge a brighter future and play our part in supporting the national economy. While there is significant global volatility and uncertainty during 2025 and beyond, we are committed to driving innovation and resilience to navigate these challenges together. As a Group we are pleased with our achievements in 2024, but with the right policies and support we believe we can achieve much more. PRIMING FOR FUTURE GROWTH This is why we are pleased to see the National Programme for Government’s commitment to reviewing National Aviation Policy to maximise the use of regional airports. We call on the Government to help us continue to grow by expanding the scope for the 2026-2030 Regional Airports Programme. Optimising the State’s airport network is crucial to achieve the vision and ambitions of Project Ireland 2040 and the National Planning Framework, ensuring a balanced distribution of economic growth in Ireland. We also welcome the Programme’s support for Shannon Airport as a hub for testing new aviation technologies under a National Sustainable Aviation Fuel Policy Roadmap and the recognition of our region’s potential
